Our Alpaca products are top quality, beautifully designed, and supremely soft. Alpaca fiber is considered to be a hypo-allergenic fiber as it does not contain lanolin or dander. And, because the fiber breathes and wicks away moisture when next to the skin, socks and other garments can be worn year round!

Sizing Guide
- Current inventory levels are now shown online subject to variances.
- SOCK SIZES vary with the manufacturer. In general, use the following guide when determining what you need. Some customers with very small feet may want to consider the Kid’s Alpaca Socks, size 6-9 (age):
- Sock sizes with Small, Medium, Large & XL:
Women’s Shoe Size: S:5-8 M:8-10 L:10-12 XL: 12-15
Men’s Shoe Size: S:4-7 M:7-9 L:9-11 XL:11-14 - Sock sizes with only Small, Medium & Large:
Women’s Shoe Size: S:5-8.5 M:9-11.5 L:13-15
Men’s Shoe Size: S:3.5-7 M:7.5-11 L:11.5-14 - Sock sizes with only two sizes would be S-M, and L-XL; combine the sizes in the four size listing above.

- If you are not shipping to your billing address please use our Contact Us page to give us the shipping address details. We will match your requested shipping information to your order manually before it ships.
Shipping & Ordering Information
- If items are not in stock, we are not currently accepting backorders on our website. You may contact us to inquire about availability from our suppliers and to make arrangements to backorder.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. Sorry, no checks or COD’s.
- No Minimum order required. If you are local to us, you can arrange for a ranch pick-up—Call us for details.
- 6.75% Cooke County TX sales tax is charged to Texas customers.
- Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are added to your order at cost. The seller is responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
- There are no returns for full credit.
- Exchanges (due to mis-sized items, etc.) are accepted within 10 days from the date you receive your order and with prior approval. Email us or call us for an exchange authorization.
- Shipments are limited to the 48 Contiguous United States.
- Orders usually processed within 1-2 business days
Product Care Instructions
- Dry cleaning is always a good first option
- IF HANDWASHING:
1) Handwash in mild detergent like Woolite or shampoo
2) Do not wring or twist
3) Lay flat to dry - Some items are labeled for Machine Wash in warm water
- Do not bleach
- Flat dry or cold iron**
- Some items are labeled for low heat Tumble Dry
- Please—never tumble dry fine garments or throws on high heat
- *Stuffed animals and other full fur items like hats & rugs are not subject to these recommendations
- **Set your iron on it’s lowest setting. If it doesn’t press nice enough for you then turn it up just a very little at a time until it does the job you want. Try ironing on the INSIDE of the fabric Start with the hem so it won’t show if the iron is to hot. Consider using a towel on top of the garment.
