Exchanges (due to mis-sized items, etc.) are
accepted within 10 days from the date you receive your order and with
prior approval. Email us or call us for an exchange authorization.
There are no returns for full credit. |

Shipments are limited to U.S. States,
Territories, and APO/FPO's. We will ship to Canada, but a 2nd
payment must be collected after your order is placed and we are able to
determine the shipping rates; they may well exceed the $9.00 rate noted
above. We do not ship outside of these areas. |

Aubrey Oaks Alpacas stocks a number of these items that
are made in Peru here for our Texas online store. We obtain them
from importing agents located here in the U.S. We cannot be held
responsible for items that are temporarily out of stock here in the
U.S., or for items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer or
our importing agents. |
